Crossfit Portland Treatment Room: Colleen Torelli MEd, LMT

Posted on 15th August by Xi Xia. 1 Comment

Colleen would like to extend out a special offer to all Portland Crossfitters, $40 per hour for three massages, that is a savings of $75.00. This deal must be purchased by the end of August and is only redeemable at the Crossfit Portland Treatment room location.

To purchase this awesome package of 3 massages or to schedule an appointment with Colleen please give her a call at (503) 285-1134.

If you have not checked out the treatment room, we would like to invite you upstairs to check it out. The warm colors and relaxing atmosphere is perfect for a therapeutic massage!

Colleen came to bodywork after a career in education. She graduated from East West in 2008. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings including physical therapy and chiropractic offices.

Along the way she discovered the joys of working with athletes. She has been working with Scott and Rochelle for close to three years. She also works with runners, hikers, bicyclists, Ultimate players, snow and kite boarders, martial artists, and a range of other active community members. She adores CrossFit!

Colleen uses a variety of techniques including deep tissue, Thai, trigger point, gua sha, myofascial release, and lots of stretching. She is excited to learn cupping.

She lives and works in St. Johns, loves wrestling with her daughter, and takes her wonderful red dog named Bacon on long walks (aka crazy runs) in the forest. If she could, she would never wear shoes again and laugh more everyday.

Hurray! I’m so glad Colleen is finally at CFPDX. No more trips out to St. Johns.
