Bill Proppe specializes in Orthopedic/Clinical Sports Massage. His goal is to provide focused, effective and compassionate therapeutic massage.
Bill utilizes specific muscle testing and range of motion techniques to zero in on the source of the problem and not just the area of pain. Once the problem is assessed, to put it simply, its lengthening short tight muscles and waking up and strengthening the weak and inhibited.
A thorough client history, lifestyle, goals and self care are all used as part of a comprehensive approach to optimum performance and recovery so that you can achieve you’re goals and enjoy your lifestyle. His treatment provides relief for athletic injuries, Motor Vehicle Accident patients, workplace/repetitive use injuries and chronic pain.
Bill focused his Orthopedic/Clinical Sports Massage skills under the mentorship of James Waslaski. Mr. Waslaski is an international lecturer and author and has worked with elite level athletes of the New York Yankees, Texas Rangers, Dallas Mavericks and US Women’s Olympic Gymnastics Team.

Prior to specializing in Orthopedic and Clinical Sports Massage, Bill embarked on multiple trips to Thailand and studied Thai Massage with some of the greatest living masters. Throughout Bill’s life he has been an accomplished multi-sport athlete and has competed at the recreational level as well as in state, regional and national championships.
His path toward a career in Massage is inspired by his own recovery from a debilitating back injury. He avoided surgery and healed through massage, chiropractic, acupuncture, yoga, and guided self-care/resistance.
It was a process that solidified his belief in the value of effective bodywork.

Bill’s hours of availability are Tuesday and Thursday from 2-6 and Wednesday and Friday from 10-6.
