some new equipment!

We traded in all of the kettlebells, bumper plates, jump ropes and rowers for some new, better, state of the art stuff. This is really going to bring us to the next level! Get ready for some hard sets of lat pulldowns!

And we’ll be starting every workout with 12oz of this stuff so we get PUMPED UP:

    I think Crossfit Portland needs a Nordic Trac. I think that would really take us to the new level…

    I want one of those red cushiony chairs you can sit on and twist away so i can TONE my hardcore abs! We might as well outfit the new place with a wall of TVs while we’re at it, bc you need something to do while you’re loping along on the treadmill and nordic trac!

    Hmm, that’s all good, but when are we getting the bowflex? We can just swap out our 60 minute crossfit workout for 30 minutes on the bowflex!
