We will be closed on Memorial Day, May 25th. On Ramps, your instructors will email/call you to figure out making that day up.

A1 Deadlift x 4
A2 Deadhang pullus/wtd. pullups x max reps*
A3 Dips/weighted dips x max reps*
* only add wt. if 10 or more reps possible

    just wanted to ask if the workout can be posted the night before again… if posting is just for the night classes then i get it. How about the morning classes ? It was cool when you guys did have it posted before:) My thing is a new schedule change so when i do come to x fit i like to know what’s up. It helps plan my workout week better. lAST REQUEST I PROMISE…
