Karina surprised herself and did something she has been working towards in her yoga class. She kicked up to a handstand and supported herself! It was rough going at first with a few falls but she picked herself up and locked it in. Nice job Karina and way to challenge yourself!

    Great WOD. Nick G is a beast at squats and I’m pretty sure he’s the fastest runner I’ve ever seen. :-)

    I also got to give props to Jason in the 6:30 class. That wiry dude is hard to keep up with on the run, and I didn’t gain any ground during the squats either.

    WOD is great. I learn how to do WOD’s. It is fun.
