Parkour workshop July 18th! We’ve been practicing various basic parkour elements in our classes the past few weeks and expect more to come. If you are interested to learn more, you should sign up online for the workshop.

I forgot to mention on Monday that Nick, with vest, got under sub 40 minutes for Murph! For all the training Nick does, it finally paid off ;) Just kidding, that’s amazing NIck and you are pushing it!

Jackie Marsh just finished her personal training preparation and Monday was her first class. She is going to be Strong! Got her double unders on the first day and going hard on her first group class. Keep an eye out for her transformation.

    Thanks again for a great workout this morning, CrossFit Portland. Nice meeting you, Katie, Pat, and everybody. I hope to drop in again for another workout in early August. Meantime, I’ll be surfing the dawn patrol session at Short Sands in Oswald West almost every day from July 6th to Aug. 11th; if you make it out there, let me know, we can do some burpees in the sand.
