Clockwork Squats

We focused on the kipping pull up and the various progressions to develop the basic kip first. Mark, a new member, picked up the kip technique very well and will be over the bar in no time.

Max pull ups x 2 Rounds. Congrats to David for setting the bar at 41 pull ups, Jarvis got 7 straight for the first time, and Gary upping his best to 35. Once Gary gets his kip under control and realize that a pull up counts no matter if you get your navel to the bar or your chin :), we can’t wait to see the results.
