We found inspiration for today’s workout from a surprising source - Jobe, Rochelle’s nine year old son! He might look like an innocent little boy but he captured the attention of everyone with this creative combination he mixed up.

Parkour is the art of overcoming obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only your body. The fundamentals include running, jumping, and climbing. We build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around and through obstacles with more complex movements.


You can tell Jobe he came up with a pretty tough workout. It didn’t look to hard on the board, but at about round 3 20 burpees really started to suck.

Ok that has to be the best set of photos I’ve seen…I wanted to reach out and not only squeeze Jobe (uhm, CUTE) but also give him a high five! Loved his workout yesterday! Fun and challenging!
