Teamwork!
Wednesday @ 7:30 we partnered up to tackle a bunch of work!
- 12 rope climbs
- 120 wallball shots
- 120 kettlebell swings
- 120 pushups
Nathan had a tough job doing all of the exercises himself, but Rochelle had the hardest job - recording all of our reps!

Parkour is the art of overcoming obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only your body. The fundamentals include running, jumping, and climbing. We build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around and through obstacles with more complex movements.

I think this was one of my most fun Crossfit workouts so far! Thanks Roch! I especially enjoyed the floor “dancing” stretches at the end… Thanks for being such a great partner Billy!

I’m doing much better, but still not near 100%. I can walk now, so that’s good! I’ll let you all know how I progress. With any luck I’ll maybe be able to do some stretching later this week. Fingers crossed.

The next crossfit workout? Lifting small kid size bags of grain with twisting motion. 3×10 reps.
