Ever since coming back from the CrossFit Games in California this July, Jess and I have had the urge for an In N Out “protein style” double double. Unfortunately, there are no In N Outs up here in the NW but we do have Burgerville. Maybe a protein style like burger can be ordered there? Jess dug and found out that you can actually get a breadless burger AND, most importantly, for a good dollar-to-meat price. $6 for a bunless hamburger is still better than the one with the bun but that’s getting a little steep. Jess and I recently went to an In N Out in Portland and ordered the “bare” burger. Checkout how its done and the next time you need a quick Paleo fix, try it out!

Thanks Mike! We’ll have to try that in the near future. I suggest you don’t have a burger from Carl’s Jr before On Ramp tonight! :)

Jess, i just love you! You are too too cute! Thanks for giving BV another shot! Good to know about the burgers. I went there the other day and got their salmon/hazelnut salad.. it was really good. I was craving the Tillamook cheese sssoooo bad though and didn’t cave, so now I know know I can get it at a good price minus the bread. Thanks!

    This is Karen’s husband Casey…

x2 on Mike’s comment. I actually just discovered this today when I was looking for something fast in Eugene while at work. $4.49 for the “Low Carb Six Dollar Burger” – comes with lots of lettuce, pickles, onions, and cheese. Not exactly the “locally grown natural” beef that Burgerville uses, but it worked in a pinch!
