Ah Ha! Who just finished On Ramp and got her first pull up? Emily, that’s who! Actually, its her third one since Tuesday and at this pace, she’ll be doing sets of 10 by Thanksgiving. Congrats Emily and glad to see all the pull up work paying off.

Ideally, be as strong as Eric W./Jay T./Zeke. Be as wise as Scott H. Be as focused/competitive as Xi. Be determined and spunky like Roche. Be witty like Erin Z.T. Be as funny and social as J.Cheema and be a well conditioned machine like Adam N.
Realistically speaking though, I will just settle with a muscle up like Jess. : )
