Level Up
Last night, our members were given the list of tasks on CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Level 2 benchmarks as their potential workout. Pick and choose goals you want to reach and go after them! The different levels are originally from CrossFit Seattle and you can see them all here. They are a good cross section of fitness goals from different athletic arenas and just another fun benchmark to go after.
Laura smoked the level 1 2000 M row and might have hit the level 2 mark for it. Congrats to Liam and Jarvis for completing all the Level 1 skills! Kudos to Sue and Steve for choosing to practice for the 1/2 BW 45 Thruster challenge
