“Lets make it 20″

After Monday’s truck push and Tabata squat special, the legs were still a little hot to get worked hard again. It was Trevor and Matt’s first CrossFit Portland workout and they both were both eager to get after it. Also, I am super excited to see Janel make her return to us. Very nice work all!

    I enjoyed the workout, have not done large number of pull ups in a while. It was good to get the practice in.
