Warm Up:

1) 3 min DROM
2) 5/5 Cobra to lizzard lunges
3) 2 rounds:
10 OH squats w/PVC
Crabwalk 1 trip-hips high!

WOD:

50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds:
Squats
Situps
Jump rope crossovers

Advanced WOD:

1) Hang Power Snatch 2-2-2-2
2) 3 rounds:
50 squats
30 sec L-sit
50 crossovers

Oh man, I wish I could have been here for the Saturday Total! I heard there were so many new PRs and the energy in the gym was awesome. It looked a like a big party with lots of heavy metal, chalk, and encouragement. You can do amazing things with a team supporting you all the way!

Lara posted a deadlift PR…of 300!!! Holy cow Lara, that is incredible.
