Kettlebell Slippers

1) Hang squat clean practice.
2) Press 70% x 5. 5 sets, 2 min rest.
3) Row 30 seconds for max calories, 1 minute rest.
4 intervals.
DROM:
5/5 tripod switches
5/5 leg shoots
5 slow dive bomber pushups (focus on mobility)
Danielle gets 133 x 4 and it was cake! She is just starting to find out how strong she can be.

Nice squats Christine! I remember when parallel was not even possible for you. Now, you are squatting all the way down and holding on to great form.

Leg flys, if you care about splits you do these with lots of weight apparently. Builds active awareness and strength to achieve the splits which is much more useful than just passive flexiblity.
