First CrossFit Portland Kids Class!

Wednesday the 14th at 4:15 is the first CrossFit Kids being held at CrossFit Portland.

What is CrossFit Kids?
An exercise program, which is specifically targeted for children ages 5-12. Crossfit seeks to promote a healthy and active lifestyle, focusing on functional movements and core strength.

    Great workout last night!

    6 rounds

    Back Squat X 3 125 #’s
    Broad Jumps X 3
    Dips X 20
    Rest 2-3 min.

    For time
    15 KB Swings 16KG
    15 Slam Balls
    15 Burpees
    15 Push Press
    2:47

    Does anyone know how much the slam ball weighs?

    Did you do 20 dips each round? We were supposed to do 10!

    Oh oops, no I only did 10 reps. I posted that at 4:45 this morning so I was slightly out of it! : )
