Definitely push press. I have a bruise on my collarbone to prove it.

Lael was the sole attendee at the 9:15 am class. Personal training! She did Judith Maynard of course :) Wow, what an effort. She did the push presses in sets 2 – 3 at first. Then, on her last set, on the last 5, something clicked. She busts 5 in a row and they were the fastest and most aggressive ones yet. Breakthrough! Next time, Lael is going to make the board on Judith Maynard.

I am not sure how I have been missing the comments section on the website but this is awesome. I had to go back and read some old ones. Anyways, good job Lael! I look forward to seeing that push press on Saturday at Girl’s Day!

Also, a shout out to Elisa last night with 17 minutes…wooo hooo!

My hardest part on Judith was definitly the push press…my biceps and shoulders are still burning.

I did this workout at home on Sunday, and got up to 11 pull-ups.
    Is that good or weak?

Brock, you did the workout by yourself at home on Sunday? That’s good right there :)

See you tomorrow and looking forward to clamping up the “weather vane”
