Also, a shout out to Elisa last night with 17 minutes...wooo hooo!

My hardest part on Judith was definitly the push press...my biceps and shoulders are still burning.</description>

		<description>Lael was the sole attendee at the 9:15 am class. Personal training!   She did Judith Maynard of course :)   Wow, what an effort.  She did the push presses in sets 2 - 3 at first.  Then, on her last set, on the last 5, something clicked.  She busts 5 in a row and they were the fastest and most aggressive ones yet.   Breakthrough!  Next time, Lael is going to make the board on Judith Maynard.</description>
