There is one Halloween Themed WOD this Saturday, starting at 9:30 AM. Meat fest to follow, bring a side dish if you can, and sign up for the class online.

Nice job Erin, glad to see the “boot” off your ankle and now you are squatting, pressing, and deadlifting heavy weight again!

    Just did this one from home — couldn’t make it in today. Substituted sprints for rowing and burpees for box jumps cause I lack equipment. Whew, those squats! Didn’t know what you guys would use for weight, so I guessed and used 55 lbs.

    Definitely not as much fun as working out with y’all.
