I have much to be thankful for – Jessica said Yes!, my CrossFit community is great (thanks everyone!), and my training is progressing. It’s time to give back with a Deck of Thanks!

    Thanks Rachel. I can’t take all the credit for this :) This is an old-school, pre-Crossfit workout idea that’s been around. I just chose the movements and structured the wild cards…the deadlifts were my favorite part for sure.

    Thanks to everyone at CrossFit Portland who welcomed my on Thanksgiving to participate in the “Deck of Thanks” WOD. I had a blast meeting everyone and getting a good WOD in before the turkey feast. I’m looking forward to visiting again in December when I come back in Portland around Christmas time.
