This workout is inspired by Gymnnasticsbodies.com. This is a typical “joint prehab/fun” for Coach Sommers gymnasts down in Arizona. For us mere mortals, this can be quite the challenge.
2) Bar hang-off: max bar hang; everyone starts together. Who will be the last person on the bar? Perform burpees at once when you drop, continue until the last person drops. Last person does no burpees. Top time this morning is Cheema at 2 minutes!
3) 2 trips seal walk


This morning, I practiced the rope climb. I almost climbed to high. I need to practice the rope climb include pull ups more.
