1) Weighted Dips 3 x 3-5 reps (try for 5 reps, if you get it – add weight next set. If not, stay @ same wt.)

3 Rounds for time:

500 M Row
30 Ball Slams 25/15#
30 Push-ups

Mobility:

2 x 20 pass-thrus
10 reps + 10 sec hold pullover stretch
Death stretch

On Ramp graduation is upon us! Big deadlifts last night everybody. You’ve come a long way and lets get after it tomorrow morning.
