It was tough saying “Good Bye!” to Lara at her last class as she prepares to move on. Thank you Lara for making us part of your CrossFit family. We know you’ll be back to visit but not nearly as much as we would like Take care of Jake and yourself out there in the Tri-Cities!

A revisit to a fun workout at the old gym. Obstacle courses are a great way to apply all that fitness you’ve been accruing in classes and see if its of any use or not!

Lara, you were one of the first people I met at CF Portland when you cheered loudly for me during my first “Baseline.” Thanks for welcoming me so warmly to this community, you will be missed a lot!

You are a rockstar and an all-around stellar athlete. Keep up the hard work up there in Washington, be seeing you around the pull-up bars at sectionals.

I missed you when you’re going to move to Tri-Cities, Washington soon. First, I met you at CFPDX last August. You still connect me as friend on Facebook. I think Tri-Cities has CrossFit gym, so you can go to that gym to work out.
