We didn’t do KB swings yesterday!! I was wondering why the 12 days was only 11 when we did the work out, but then didn’t want to say anything :-)

Wow that top one looks good, may have to do it tomorrow. I visited my mom’s affiliate (CF Davis) and today’s workout was 100 burpees for time….that was fun too. It was my sister’s first WOD and she nearly threw up.

    Happy Holidays everyone!

Yes, it was my mom’s first experience with crossfit. She did the squats with a ten pound plate and I did it prescribed. I didn’t time myself though, however I did the first three sets of overhead squats without having to put the bar down. Felt good! Today, we did do the 12 days of Christmas with having to sub wall balls for thrusters (we doubled the weight, so I did 30 pounds). XX- you will have to tell me if my time is decent or not…felt good anyways! I did 31:25 and mike did 35:58. My mom came again but didn’t do this workout, she asked if there is crossfit in tri-cities, I think she was inspired by watching mike and I these last couple days! Look forward to seeing you all in a couple of days!

Yes!, Star Wars is always a Christmas tradition for me too!!!
    Nice.
Unfortunately we did not make it to a Crossfit on Christmas, but we did jog to the nearest playground and made up our own WOD!
    Just as fun!
    Happy Holidays everyone!
