The in and out reminds me of Aromas. On the positive side of indulging in sinful, delicious foods is that we can all bounce back to eating good again. Eating delicious junk is not part of our normal eating habits. So...if you are being too hard on yourself, stop.
From xmas there was this huge plate of cookies and fudge. Yesterday I had to just toss the whole damn plate in the garbage. I saved 4 cookies in a zip lock bag though. :)

Nice. I do love In-n-Out. I always try to hit them up when i am in California. Wish they had them in PDX, the protein style is perfect quick paleo snack.

That banana cake looks good.

I was about +3, I was averaging about 211 and was 214 this morning...I only really deviated two meals, Christmas Eve and Christmas night but went big on both (first time in awhile)...about 1.5lbs of beef tenderloin, twice baked potatoes, lots of dip/crackers pre-dinner, tons of deserrt..then a big mexican feast the next night, nothing paleo..oh and a lot of wine and beer.

I'm traveling the next couple weeks so it will be tough but I'm back on it as best I can..
