1) Power Clean & Press 5-4-3-2-1

2) Teams of 3 – row 12 minutes for total meters; switch rowers on the minute.

Mobility:

3 rounds:
10 OH squat stretch w/bottom hold
5 slow wall slides
3/3 hip extensions (full arc)

Appropriate footwear is important for performance

    I think Scott’s shoes are found at finer surplus stores in former Soviet republicks.

    haha! XX says that the Asics Tiger shoes should have a mesh-like material in the front-top part of the shoe (above the toes) instead of the canvas/leather like material. Some of the Tiger shoes have the mesh and some don’t so you have to look closely at the picture :) The mesh makes the shoe more pliable and comfortable…

    I know b/c I helped him look….and I know way too much about this sneaker now….
