A 3-part charmer

A) Overhead Squat to a heavy single
B) Overhead Squat 70% of the single weight 25 times, for time
C) 5 Rounds - 3 Burpees, 3 Star Jumps

    Tough stuff. The overhead squat is one of the hardest lifts for me. Loved the finisher.
