Games Prep people – kipping is allowed on the Hespu’s tonight
1) Snatch – work up to a heavy single with good technique.
2) Do 6 singles at 80% of today’s max; rest 2-3 min b/t sets. Focus on speed and catching deep! If this lift is pretty new to you, do 2-3 reps each set.

A full snatch movement starts from the ground and you receive the bar in a full squat. Easy, do it just like Erin….

155, probably 3rd time in my life and no press out. 165 is current PR. BW 192
Strong work XX. From the way you lost that 165 behind I’d say you have the strength for at least 175 lbs. Some heavy drop snatch/snatch balances might be the key.
I hate snatch balances…so, you are probably right that I need to do them! Fun lifting session and thanks for the encouragement.
