3 rounds for time:
Run 400m
15 DB Thrusters 35/25
15 Knees to Elbows

Mobility:

1) Frog stand practice – 3 min.
2) 3 rounds:
30 sec hollow hold
7 wrist pushups
3) Prone scorpions
Elevated scorpions
Cobra to down dog

Barefoot is good foot. Shoe giants of the world, get with it.

    Games WOD

    A1. Back Squat – 5-4-3-2-1 @ 4021 tempo
    Rest 2 min
    A2. GHD raise x 12

    Squat load – 295×5, 315×4, 340×3, 360×2, 385×1

    B. Split Squat 3 sets each leg x 7, 60 sec rest btwn legs – 35#

    C. Pull to inverted hang – 40 reps for time

    Frellen time: 10:51, modified w/ 20lb barbells (all the others were taken, ok!)
