re: B'ville- Last I knew, the nutritional info on the receipts was still in the trial phases, possibly only at the MLK location. At first they just had fat grams and carb grams on the breakdown, and I emailed them thanking them for including this, and could they include fiber as well? I got an email back within a day or so and they said they could add whatever customers wanted to see! And the next time I went there a few months later, it was right there on the receipt...so you might drop them a line and ask. :)

Nice work Elisa! Way to eat the Level 1 for lunch.

Speaking of lunch, XX - I'm with Jason on this, seriously, you couldn't finish that plate?

BV sourcing - they source locally whenever they can. I believe they made a deal a couple of years ago with a ranch near Brothers, OR for their beef. You aren't getting solely grassfed cows in that part of the state, but you are getting locally-sourced food.

Jason, we shall have to prove which of our stomachs can handle more protein in a brazil grill face off. Currently, I taken down 2.25 lbs of meat in 2 hours.

Eric - quality wise...their website talks about their practices and it seems more legit than the other chains. However, it is not grass fed.

XX - this is the second time you have noted that you "couldn't finish" something. I'm beginning to wonder if you're one of those small stomached people. Or perhaps your theory that the Bucket of Beef is much smaller in the to-go box is true.

Good job Elisa. Seriously, do level 2 now. At least look through the list and see what, if anything, is holding you back. Work on those few things, then tackle it.
