you made a huge difference to me as a CF newcomer; {along w/ a handful of others =)}so kind, positive, warm  and GENUINE. And of course, to someday be able to accomplish just 1 handstand pu ...I am sure I am among many,many others when I say -you truly inspire me.</description>

		<description>I have awful injury. My hamstring muscle is torn. Now, I&#039;m nursing it for 2-4 weeks(this month). I only doing exercise a upper-body, not leg. Maybe, glutes (misspell). Soon, I&#039;m going to have physical therapy.</description>
