HA HA! That is hilarious! I’m always a little self conscious about the smell when I bring meat on a plane. Ah well, other people are probably thinking, “Who brought good food on the plane?”

    What is that exactly?

We may be odd, but we don’t get sucked into paying $7 for crappy airplane food! That looks delicious, YUM!

I apologize to 6:30 AM for forgetting to mention to work toward consistent round times -ya’ll worked hard and still nailed it!!

As some of you know I travel a ton and always bring my own food on the plane. I get a lot of strange looks when I pull out about a 1/2 pound of raw ground beef from a plastic bag in my briefcase and start eating it with my hands.

Another great option is Paleo Kits (www.paleokits.com), these are a bit pricey but I live on these on the road.
