		<description>As some of you know I travel a ton and always bring my own food on the plane.  I get a lot of strange looks when I pull out about a 1/2 pound of raw ground beef from a plastic bag in my briefcase and start eating it with my hands.

Another great option is Paleo Kits (www.paleokits.com), these are a bit pricey but I live on these on the road.</description>
