24 teams have already joined the Hustle and are supporting the Franny Fund. I’ve opened registration for 6 more teams so sign up!

If you weren’t here Saturday, do:
As many rounds in 20 minutes:
5 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
5/5 Pistols, in any order
15 Wallballs

If you were here:
A. Hang Power Clean: 8 x 2, beginner -rest as needed; experienced 2-3 min
B. Front Squat: 4 x 2 @ 20X0, rest 2 min
C. Run 1 mile

    My shoulder is still not up to the task of pull ups or wall balls, so I did my own WOD using elements from both.

    4 rounds, for time
    Run 400m
    Front Squat 2x135lbs
    5/5 pistols

    I think I should have upped the number of front squats to 5 each round.

    Saturday-
    did 7+10 rounds (Rx) and haven’t been able to walk down the stairs since.
    Monday-
    HPC: 115/135/145/145/150/155/155/160
    Front Squat- 165/175/185/185
    Mile: 6:50

    Front Squats – 235×4
    1M run – 6:12

    45 sec improvement from 3 months ago. i think it is roughly an hour faster then was possible a year ago. Very reassuring since I am leaving for BCT in 7 day :0
