Level 2!

Congratulations to Kamal Salem for completing all of the CrossFit Seattle’s Level 2 challenges in one month! Kamal has been a client of mine for a little over one year. He is primarily a Thai Boxer, training with Jeremy Wijers at Portland Thai Boxing. Kamal had crushed all of the tests last May, but hung up on completing the 30 second L-sit. After a period of time working on both flexibility and core strength, the L-sit came around. He set PRs on all of the other challenges this time, including a 6:58 2000m row.
One on one training has some advantages over working in a group class. The workouts are tailored to your needs specifically - and can be huge in smashing thru plateaus and limitations. Services available with personal training include sport specific training, injury prehabilitation, targeted mobility/flexibility training, structured strength training, coaching in specific areas of interest (Olympic weightlifting, gymnastic strength, kettlebells, Clubbells, and more), individually tailored nutrition programs, and recovery and endocrine function monitoring thru our naturopathic partner.
