In the middle of yesterday’s workout, Christine almost busts her chin and gets her first pull up! If you don’t know Christine, she is the “mom” of the Crossfit Portland and looks after the munchkins on Saturday mornings. Her transformation has been incredible and the key piece is her consistency. Everything has been coming together all year to finally break through and make this pull up possible. From going Paleo, losing weight, training regularly, Christine has put in the work to reap her rewards. Some of you have seen this but a year ago, here is a video of Christine on her 59th Birthday carrying me around the block, 1/4 of a mile. She has changed so much in one year!
