Saturday in the Park
It was a beautiful morning for our first park workout. We partnered up, then took on the workout. Afterward, we wrapped up with a game of Hooverball.
Col. Summers Park has a great set of monkey bars, and we put them to use.

We will be doing these regularly, at least until the rains start in. Come join us if you get a chance! We will have the next one on Saturday, July 14 at 10am - again at Col. Summers Park.

Parkour is the art of overcoming obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only your body. The fundamentals include running, jumping, and climbing. We build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around and through obstacles with more complex movements.


Thanks alot for having this park workout. It was a load of fun, and i enjoyed meeting everyone. Hooverball was great as well.

Yeah, sounds like a good time. Surfing was awesome though!
