New Classes Soon
Lots of new things going on at CrossFit Portland! First, as you have probably noticed by now, we have a new website. Check back often, as we will be posting new content on a regular basis.
Secondly, it’s been a long time coming, but we are glad to announce that CrossFit Portland will soon be offering some morning classes! At this point, we are interested in what times to offer. If you are interested in morning classes, please post a comment or drop us a line to let us know what times would interest you.
Finally, we also are going to start offering kid’s classes in the afternoon in the near future.

Parkour is the art of overcoming obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only your body. The fundamentals include running, jumping, and climbing. We build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around and through obstacles with more complex movements.


morning workouts would be awesome(i work evenings). my vote goes for 9 or 10:00am…
