Tabata Intervals for Pull Ups (or table rows), push ups, sit ups, and squats

For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can – then rest 10 seconds. Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes of total exercise.
The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals. Repeat for each exercise above.

    I guess I didn’t see the title that states very boldly, “CLOSED MONDAY”. :( Perhaps I can do Tabata intervals which involves snow shoveling too.

    Tabata WOD

    Pushups – 8
    Situps – 9
    Squats – 16
    Snow Angels – 5, but ran out of space in the back yard.

    Pandora Motley Crue rocks for the snow day WOD!!

    5 rounds of 50 squats, 100 jump ropes was awful.

    In a good way.

    Pullups – 7 (got 11 on 1st round, progressed down)

    Situps – 15 (17 1st rd, all rest at 15)

    Pushups – 10 (20 1st rd, crashed down)

    Squats – 16 (same all 8 rounds)
