Womens Only CrossFit class - Welcome Kimberly to CrossFit Portland!

The ladies really pulled out all of the stops and showed what the CF Girl workouts are all about! Congrats to Lisa and Audrey for pulling an amazing time! Kimberly and Heather did an awesome job during the Women’s Class. Rebec had some fabulous personal bests throughout the workout! Booyah!

Grant and Laurel, young guns and siblings, have been coming to CrossFit for little over two weeks now. They both have been working very hard, their form and strength are improving, and Grant has dropped 10 lbs on his paleo journey already! I am very proud of both of them on their accomplishments.

Jay, you’ve got easy! Imagine trying to go Paleo when you are in high school. They are doing it!


Today’s clean and jerk plus Cindy rounds fest was awesome! Welcome to Aaron and Katie on their first CrossFit Portland workout. Outstanding effort.

Sunday we had a special Hellenish treat. A fantastic workout supplied by Jim at his home gym. The weather was beautiful, the company was great, and the workout was . . . well they got through it. There were many times we thought Pukie was going to make a surprise visit. We also worked on decompressing our spines. Thanks to Jim and Christin for letting us crash and providing the postworkout snacks.
