Yes, more first time rope climbers this week! Phil, Kurt and Lucrecia, and Tamara got their first rope climbs today. Consistent practice always pays off. Get ready for a different challenge next week.

Saturday’s, we like to unwind with a fun workout before calling it a week. Whatever it maybe, you can bet there will be some experimentation going on.

Team workout – as a team row 5K for time. Teams of 3.

Rules:
1) The teammate rowing is only allowed 16 pulls, then you must switch.
2) After coming off the rower, do 7 ballistic ball situps.

Cooldown circuit:
1) 2 rounds:
cobra X 20″
roll to shoulder
bridge X 20″

2) stretch/mobilize glutes/hips
