We believe individualized training is a very powerful tool, one that develops optimal health and fitness. We also recognize that everyone has differing goals and abilities.
With Custom Goals Training, you get train what matters to you the most most while still enjoying the benefits of a group class!
We’ll create for you an individualized program to accomplish your goal, which may be improving a lift, mastering a skill, reducing a mobility restriction, or something else.
