Jump Start is for injury-free individuals who want a life-changing, high commitment fitness experience.
As the first CrossFit in Oregon since 2005, we have designed Jump Start to teach you the core CrossFit Portland curriculum in a step-by-step fashion. Safety and skill mastery are the top priority.
What will I do in Jump Start?
You will be part of a tight-knit group – 6 members MAX! This is PERFECT for anyone who has been intimidated by CrossFit and wants to get started in a personal way.
You will learn technique with weightlifting and the body-weight movements we use in our training program. You will also gain strength, increase mobility, and improve endurance.
During Jump Start, you will be encouraged to start a food log and adopt a Paleo diet. You will be provided with an in-depth guide. If weight loss is your goal, this is the critical part of Jump Start for you.
If you would like extra accountability for nutrition, you can choose to have the coach monitor and provide feedback for your food log.
How long is Jump Start?
Jump Start is 4 weeks, 8 sessions, 2x week (each session is 1-hour) with your Jump Start crew.
We have MW 6 AM, TTH Noon, TTH 6:30 PM, and MW 6:30 PM Jump Starts. A list of upcoming Jump Starts are in the sidebar on this page. Visit our online store to sign up!
You are responsible for attending all Jump Start sessions. 30 minute personal training sessions can be purchased to make up for missed sessions.
