CrossFit Fundamentals Class - 30 minutes

Monday 6:00 pm, Wednesday 7:00 pm, and Saturday 12:00 pm

We strongly encourage new members to attend Fundamentals to learn the foundational movements in a helpful and supportive atmosphere and understand what CrossFit is all about. We teach a curriculum of exercises through Fundamentals and we focus on teaching new members the movements with safety and form in mind. Every Fundamentals class will focus on a few different movements, you can jump in at any class, and you can come and learn as much as you want. Following the Fundamentals class is a Crossfit workout, we highly encourage new members to participate and transfer their new skills into a practical, supportive workout setting.

CrossFit Class - 60 minutes (see schedule)
Tuesday and Friday at 7am.
Tuesday and Thursday at 11 am.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6:30 pm.
Wednesday at 7:30 pm. Saturday at 12:30 pm.

CrossFit combines fundamental movements, high intensity, and variability together for a powerful physical stimulus called the “Workout-of-the-Day” (WOD). Every class will have a different WOD based on the fundamentals - you will be constantly challenged and never get bored! Classes focus on a combination of different themes such as Olympic weightlifting to metabolic conditioning(metcon) to skill practice with basic gymnastic movements. These classes are open to all and we highly encourage you to first take the Fundamentals class if you are new to CrossFit.
