Custom Goals Training

Custom Goals Training is a unique benefit of your membership at CrossFit Portland. If you’re looking for a higher level of service and attention to your individual needs, don’t just settle for any old Workout-Of-The Day. So much more is possible!

Want to achieve a particular goal but feel CrossFit is too varied, too random? Custom Goals Training will get you that pull-up, muscle-up, or back-squat number!

We believe individualized training is a very powerful tool, one that develops optimal health and fitness. We also recognize that everyone has differing goals and abilities.

As a result, we’ve developed a program called Custom Goals Training. You get to train what matters most to you while still enjoying the benefits of a group class! CrossFit Portland is unique in offering this level of individualization in a group class.

We were told this was impossible to do in a group class setting! That was perfect motivation, and as a result we developed a solution. Now our members are achieving their desired goals every day!

As part of Custom Goals Training, we’ll create for you an individualized program to accomplish your goal, which may be improving a lift, mastering a skill, reducing a mobility restriction, or something else.

Then, several days a week, we set aside dedicated time in our classes during which you’ll work on your number-one goal using this individualized program.

(If you don’t have clear-cut goals, our coaches will help you identify what may benefit you the most.)
