CrossFit Portland Jump Start program is ideal for injury-free individuals who want a life-changing, high commitment fitness experience!
Train Smart, Train Less For Better Results!
This is NOT a “boot camp”! Jump Start is a focused group personal training experience that will build your physical and mental foundation.
You will be part of a tight-knit group – 6 members MAX! This is PERFECT for anyone who has been intimidated by CrossFit but wants to get started in a personal way for a fraction of the cost.
You will learn and practice the core skills of CrossFit, develop safe and foundational techniques, and build intensity throughout the program.
You will be introduced to the Paleo diet, are responsible for keeping a food log, and will receive nutrition guidance and support during Jump Start.
You will be ready to jump into our 201 classes after the completion of Jump Start.
You are responsible for attending all Jump Start sessions. 30 minute personal training sessions are available to make up for missed sessions.
We require a MINIMUM OF 4 Members registered for Jump Start
