CrossFit Portland’s Sport WOD is geared towards athletes whose fitness goals are to increase speed, power, and endurance. The goal of the training is to improve the raw elements of your strength and power. T
his is the engine that you will carry into whatever sport endeavor you decide. While the daily CrossFit workout is good for beginner athletes or those seeking excellent general fitness, a more biased emphasis on sport specific training is ideal for serious athletes.
Prerequisites to do the Sport WOD are personal training and/or CrossFit 201 classes. The Sport WOD requires an individual experienced at the exercises and able to understand the workout programs.
