Aaron Schmidt
is CrossFit Level One certified. Besides CrossFit, his physical pursuits include all forms of cycling, skateboarding, skiing, and anything else related to mountains. His favorite lifts include the snatch and overhead squat.
When he’s not CrossFitting or riding bikes, he’s usually in front of his MacBook Pro doing his work as a librarian.


Parkour is the art of overcoming obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only your body. The fundamentals include running, jumping, and climbing. We build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around and through obstacles with more complex movements.
