I was born in China and raised/spoiled by my grandmother in Shanghai. With her fantastic cooking, I developed a grown man’s appetite and some extra weight by the age of 7, when I immigrated to America. I lost the weight playing high school football and also developed an interest in health and fitness. In college, I studied Kinesiology and played competitve Ultimate Frisbee. I started training and coaching my teammates and I have been playing/coaching Ultimate for 10 years now. I get really jazzed analzying nutrition and fitness research, especially sports conditioning research, so I am a big dork when it comes to that!

Parkour is the art of overcoming obstacles as swiftly and efficiently as possible using only your body. The fundamentals include running, jumping, and climbing. We build on these fundamentals to improve our ability to pass over, under, around and through obstacles with more complex movements.
