211: Weightlifting

The weightlifting class focuses on the primary lifts in the sport of Olympic Weightlifting – the snatch, clean, and jerk. These explosive barbell movements will increase athletic performance and are also fun to do!

We will build a foundation of strength and technique in the weightlifting class. We train squats and the competition lifts in every class.

If you have been CrossFitting and would like to focus on improving your lifts, this class is for you! If you want to pursue weightlifting consistently, this class is perfect for getting you started on a program.
